What to Expect

Delta veterinary services – delivered with courtesy and respect!

Northwest Veterinary Hospital is always ready to accept new patients.

Upon arrival, one of our three receptionists will greet you and have you fill out a new client form for some basic information and make copies of any history or vaccine records (please bring this with you).    Once you are checked in, a veterinary staff member will show you to one of our three exam rooms, where they will take history, vital signs and answer any basic questions you may have.  Next, one of our four veterinarians will examine your pet, answer your questions, administer vaccinations and discuss further diagnostics and treatments should your pet be ill.  Once a plan has been decided, we may take your pet to the treatment room to collect samples or administer treatments.

We will conclude by explaining medications, go home instructions, educational information and answering any final questions you may have.  The receptionists will handle billing and the scheduling of any necessary future appointments. We are only a phone call away should you have additional questions or concerns.
